I've been paying attention to the American economy a lot lately. Even more than the Canadian election it seems.

It's pretty depressing and disturbing. Imagine being out there. Houses bought at $399k and are now worth $280k.
And the housing markets have exploded here in Winnipeg with land in Waverley West being sold for $200k and that's just the land!!!
Let's hope we don't follow in our Southern friend's footsteps.
